Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and page views without analytics cookies. These statistics help improve this website. Learn more about Vercel’s analytics data handling.

When enabled, Microsoft Clarity collects clicks, scrolling, and page recordings on the portfolio homepage to create heatmaps and help improve it. Clarity is configured without analytics or advertising cookies. Each page view is analyzed separately, which limits recognition of returning visitors. Form content and the contact confirmation are masked in recordings.

Clarity is limited to the public portfolio homepage. It is not loaded on administration pages, questionnaires, or private panels. You can disable Clarity analysis in this browser. Your choice is saved in your browser. This does not disable the separate visit counts provided by Vercel Web Analytics.

Navigation data is processed by Microsoft. See Microsoft’s Privacy Statement for more information. The WHOOP policy below applies only to that separate personal integration.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Valdemar Gómez Vidales (“I”, “me”) handle data in connection with a personal application that integrates with the WHOOP API. This is a private, single-user application built solely for personal health, recovery, and training analysis. It is not a commercial product and is not offered to the public.

2. Information accessed

With your explicit authorization through WHOOP’s OAuth flow, the application may access the following data from your WHOOP account:

Recovery — recovery score, heart rate variability (HRV), and resting heart rate.
Cycles — daily strain and average heart rate.
Sleep — duration, sleep stages, and performance.
Workouts — activity type, strain, and heart rate.
Profile — name and email.
Body measurements — height, weight, and max heart rate.

3. How data is used

Data is used exclusively to analyze personal fitness, recovery, sleep, and training trends — for example, to support preparation for endurance events. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling of any kind.

4. Data sharing

Your data is not shared with any third party. It is not transmitted to external services beyond what is strictly necessary to retrieve it from the WHOOP API on your behalf.

5. Storage & security

Retrieved data and access credentials are stored privately and are accessible only to the account owner. Access and refresh tokens are kept in secure, non-public storage and are never published or exposed.

6. Revoking access

You may revoke this application’s access to your WHOOP data at any time from your WHOOP account settings, under the connected apps section. Revoking access immediately stops any further data retrieval.

7. Data retention & deletion

Data is retained only for as long as it is needed for personal analysis. You may request deletion of any stored data at any time, and it will be removed.
